RSLC’s Judicial Fairness Initiative Launches Six Figure Ad Campaign In Support Of Corey Swanson and Dan Wilson In Montana Supreme Court Election
Washington, D.C. – The Republican State Leadership Committee’s Judicial Fairness Initiative (JFI) launched a $300,000 statewide digital campaign in support of constitutional conservatives Corey Swanson for Chief Justice and Dan Wilson for Associate Justice the Montana Supreme Court. This campaign features a series of digital ads that highlight how Swanson and Wilson will uphold the rule of law, protect the constitution, and defend Montana families and the state’s unique way of life. For too long liberal justices on Montana’s Supreme Court have failed to safeguard Montana's values. This significant investment provides a critical opportunity to reshape the Montana Supreme Court in November, aiming to restore balance and order to the highest court in the Big Sky State.
“As Montanans cast their ballots they’ll be able to make informed choices about their state supreme court candidates, and the Republican State Leadership Committee’s Judicial Fairness Initiative is excited to showcase why Corey Swanson and Dan Wilson are excellent choices for the Montana Supreme Court,” said JFI President Dee Duncan. “JFI is proud to support candidates in Swanson and Wilson who stand for the Constitution and the rule of law against those who seek to use the courts to advance a dangerously partisan, political agenda.”

The Montana Supreme Court plays a crucial role in decisions that impact on the everyday lives of Montanans, from upholding laws to ensuring fair elections. By investing in this effort, the RSLC is underscoring the importance of maintaining a court that reflects the values of Montana voters.
This engagement effort marks the RSLC's latest strategic investment in key states where control of the judiciary is vital to the preservation of conservative principles.
ABOUT JFI:
Led by Barack Obama and Eric Holder, Democrats are fighting to transform the traditional role of the judiciary from an arbiter of the facts and the law to an advocate for the liberal political agenda. The RSLC’s Judicial Fairness Initiative (JFI) is the only national political effort focused exclusively on halting this transformation by protecting the election and selection of state court judges. JFI provides critical information about judicial candidates in an environment where voters are routinely left in the dark about a candidate’s qualifications for the bench. JFI fills that gap by providing the facts and analysis voters need to cast informed votes for judicial office. Since its formation, JFI has raised and spent more than $19.3 million in states across the country, including Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Arkansas, Louisiana, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
