NEW ADS: RSLC PAC and Virginia House Republican Campaign Committee Launch New Round of Ads Exposing Richmond Democrats for Blocking GOP's Commonsense Legislation
The New Digital Ads Follow a Six-Figure Ad Buy from RSLC PAC and The House Republican Campaign Committee Launched Earlier this Year
The RSLC PAC, in collaboration with the Virginia House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC), today launched a new series of ads highlighting some of the commonsense policy initiatives that Republicans championed this legislative session while exposing Democrats for blocking them. The ads specifically note how Republicans attempted to move legislation to cut taxes, make communities safer, and empower Virginia parents to have a say in their children’s education while Democrats refused to support these bills. A six-figure investment across digital platforms will support the ads, which will run statewide and target Democrat incumbent Delegates like Michael Feggans (HD-97), Josh Cole (HD-66), Josh Thomas (HD-21), and Nadarius Clark (HD-84).
This new ad buy is the RSLC PAC's second major investment in Virginia in 2025, following a paid media effort launched earlier this year.
"Virginia Republicans used this year's legislative session to introduce important proposals focused on cutting taxes, enhancing community safety, and empowering parents in their children's education," said RSLC PAC President Edith Jorge-Tuñón. "But the Democrats controlling Richmond rejected these practical initiatives for political reasons, ignoring the clear support from Virginians. If the Democrats in Richmond can dismiss straightforward ideas like tax cuts, how can we trust them to lead effectively?"
“Virginia Democrats say they want to improve the Commonwealth, but their bright ideas will hurt the very people they claim they want to help,” said House Republican Leader Todd Gilbert. “Our Republican team brought legislation to the table to help lower the cost of living, keep our communities safe, and build a better tomorrow for our children and grandchildren. The choice this November is simple and clear. If you want our economy to grow, Virginians to prosper and stay safe, and our children to get the education they deserve, Republicans are the only choice."

Narrator: “Virginia Democrats like delegate Michael Feggans are copying their friends in Washington, higher taxes, ignoring women's and girls' safety, protecting violent criminals. Virginians didn't ask for this. Virginia Republicans are focused on what works, not partisan theatrics. That's why Republicans fought to cut taxes, create safer communities, and get schools on the right track. Virginia Republicans will put Virginia first every single day.”
Background
The new ad buy is part of the RSLC PAC's investment in Virginia following the successes it had in the commonwealth in 2023. Despite the difficult political environment Virginia Republicans faced two years ago, the RSLC's AB/EV program was a tremendous success and helped candidates across the state defy expectations. The committee's innovative efforts to target low propensity GOP voters boosted turnout and prevented Democrats from obtaining a 45-55 House of Delegates and a 17-23 Senate. That year, Republicans won 13 districts that President Biden won in 2020 and seven districts that the congressional Democrat candidate won in 2022.
