RSLC Statement: Republican Stavros Anthony Flips Lieutenant Governor’s Office in Nevada

RSLC Contributed $300,000 to Pro-Anthony PAC

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In an upset victory this week, Republican Stavros Anthony flipped Nevada’s lieutenant governor’s office from Democrat to Republican. Anthony’s record of keeping neighborhoods safe as a Las Vegas police captain and fighting for small businesses on the Las Vegas City Council connected with voters desperate to get the Silver State back on track. 

“Congratulations to Stavros Anthony on an outstanding campaign and flipping Nevada’s lieutenant governor's office,” said RSLC President Dee Duncan. “His victory signals hope for Nevadans whose quality of life has suffered under Democrat-control. Nevada is at a critical crossroads and needs leaders like Stavros who are serious about tackling crime and getting the economy back on track.”

The RSLC donated $300,000 to a pro-Anthony PAC, Morning in Nevada PAC.
