RSLC-JFI Congratulates Judge Kevin Brobson on Pennsylvania Supreme Court Republican Nomination

Washington, DC — The Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC)—Judicial Fairness Initiative (JFI) today congratulates Judge Kevin Brobson on securing the Republican nomination for November’s election for Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Brobson’s primary victory came after the RSLC-JFI conducted a six-figure television advertising campaign in recent weeks to inform voters about the candidates in the Republican primary.

Judge Brobson is a hard-working conservative with nearly 25 years experience in the courts, and was elected in 2020 to serve as the as the 10th President Judge of the Commonwealth Court.

“The Republican State Leadership Committee – Judicial Fairness Initiative congratulates Judge Kevin Brobson for his victory, securing the Republican nomination for Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  Judge Brobson’s record shows he will protect the Pennsylvania Constitution and the rule of law,” said JFI Vice President Andrew Wynne. “Judge Brobson’s experience and leadership on the Commonwealth Court make him an excellent choice for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.”

ABOUT JFI

Led by Barack Obama and Eric Holder, Democrats are fighting to transform the traditional role of the judiciary from an arbiter of the facts and the law to an advocate for the liberal political agenda. The RSLC’s Judicial Fairness Initiative (JFI) is the only national political effort focused exclusively on halting this transformation by protecting the election and selection of state court judges. JFI provides critical information about judicial candidates in an environment where voters are routinely left in the dark about a candidate’s qualifications for the bench. JFI fills that gap by providing the facts and analysis voters need to cast informed votes for judicial office. Since its formation, JFI has raised and spent more than $19.3 million in states across the country, including Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Arkansas, Louisiana, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
