Michael Adams and Ruth Johnson Join Newsmax To Discuss The RSLC’s Commission On Election Integrity
Michigan State Senator Ruth Johnson and Kentucky Secretary of State Michael Adams last night joined Newsmax’s Sean Spicer and Lyndsay Keith to discuss their work on the RSLC’s Commission on Election Integrity and the report the commission released this week on best practices drawn from existing state legislative statutes across the nation that make it easier to vote and harder to cheat.
Adams also discussed the historic bipartisan legislation that he championed, which was signed into law in Kentucky this week and is in line with the commission’s core principles.

HIGHLIGHTS
Johnson on the Goals of the Commission:
“We’ve been gathering bipartisan best practices for election integrity around the country to help legislators working on reforms in their own state, and that includes red states, blue states, and purple states. Integrity in our elections should never be a partisan issue.”
Adams on the Contrast of the Commission’s Work with the Democrat Power Grab and HR 1:
“These are things we believe in, making it easy to vote and hard to cheat. I would tell you today the biggest threat to our democracy is not Georgia or what folks like us are trying to do. It’s Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer trying to ram a Democrat election code not just in one state but across the country.”
