WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) today touted the success of its Right Leaders Network (RLN), an effort launched by the committee in October of 2021 to grow the Republican Party from the ground up by recruiting, training, and electing more women and diverse candidates to state office. The program’s nearly $6 million record investment this cycle helped lead our candidates to historic wins across the country, further driving home the goal of growing the future of the Republican Party.
“In what has been a historic year for State Republicans, the RSLC’s ‘Right Leaders Network’ played a major role in electing women and diverse candidates who were crucial in expanding our majorities and flipping legislative chambers in states like Michigan,” said RSLC President Dee Duncan. “We are proud to have invested nearly $6 million this cycle on recruitment, training and supporting our diverse candidates to build the future of the Republican Party and look forward to further expanding our program to deliver strong results in the future.”

Launched in the fall of 2021, the Right Leaders Network is the expansion of the RSLC’s long-standing efforts to grow the future of the Republican Party. Through the RSLC’s Right Women Right Now and Future Majority Project initiatives, the committee over the past decade has recruited, trained, supported, and elected thousands of diverse state Republicans across the country, many of whom went on to serve in statewide and federal offices.
