RSLC Announces July Spotlights in “2020 Candidate Spotlight” Series

WASHINGTON – The Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) today announced July spotlight candidates in its “2020 Candidate Spotlight” series – a monthly program dedicated entirely to highlighting strong Republican candidates up-and-down the ballot and from every corner of the country. With this all-important election cycle on the line, the RSLC is proud to support candidates like these fighting to defend conservative values in the states. Republicans are continuing to lay the groundwork for a strong and united Party for years to come.

“The strength of the Republican Party can be found in the diverse candidates that carry our conservative policies to bring about greater opportunity for every American to voters in all corners of the country,” said RSLC President Austin Chambers. “The RSLC is committed to supporting candidates like these with the resources they need to defeat their liberal opponents, who are now actively fighting for a lawless society of despair. We have to do everything we can to win – and outstanding candidates like these help to make it happen. We’re proud to fight alongside them and look forward to each of their victories this fall.”

The RSLC helps candidates position themselves to win through avenues that can include direct contributions, data analysis, fundraising support, independent expenditures, opposition and policy research, training, message amplification, and more.

Earlier this morning, the RSLC announced it smashed its previous second-quarter fundraising record with a $10.5 million fundraising haul, strengthening the committee’s capabilities to deliver meaningful support to state Republican campaigns.
